The Girl Next Door

Ep - 06

In the morning Sam wakes up early with a dropping sound. He sits on the bed and figures out that the sound came from the hall,so he went to the hall to find out the cause of the sudden sound. When he reached, sees that his dad dropped a cardboard box on the floor and the things were spread all over. He joins his father to help him and starts gathering those things including some papers,blue prints and files. He startled when his hand touches a piece of leg and he screams. His dad calms him down and explains it as an artificial leg for a robot,when he examines it agreed with his dad. They finished putting all the stuff back in the box and went into their rooms. Half an hour later both the son and father meet each other at the dining table for breakfast. 

While they were having breakfast,out of curiosity Sam questions his dad about the use of those artificial body parts. His father gently answers that he and his colleagues are working on an advanced robot for their company. At the same time their doorbell rings and Sam goes to the door to open it. To his surprise, it's none other than Samantha and she bursts inside the house and is stunned by seeing Sam's father. Sam also gets behind her,when his dad asks him,"Who is she?" He tells him,"She is our new neighbor and also my classmate." "Hello,Mr.Done My self Samantha and I brought some cookies as a welcome gift as Sam helped me a lot",she remarks. 

Seeing both of them blushing and their cheeks getting pink,Mr.Done clearly understands that she and his son are more than classmates so he left them alone and went straight to his office. After his dad's car leaves the porch and moves on the road Sam gives a sigh of relief as well as happy to be alone with Samantha. She also smiles with him and the two have some cookies together and ready to leave for school. They start walking on the road when from behind someone called Sam's name, the two of them stop and turn around to discover Perk is running towards them waving his hand in the air. Samantha says bye and mentions to meet him at the roof in the school and Sam also agrees. 

Perk reaches to him and asks,"Hey dude! What's been happening between the two of you?" Sam really feels shy and tells him,"We're just friends and neighbors,nothing more than that." Hearing this Perk just laughs loudly and they are on their way. But when they reach the main gate of the school,he questions him,"Then, why did she leave when she saw me?" Sam answers,"Well she is getting late and has some urgent work." In the entrance of their classroom, Samantha was standing for them and apologized to Perk for not being able to wait for him. He accepts the apology and all of them get in the classroom. The classes went normally as they spent lunch time with Rachel along with Dave presents in front of Sam table in the canteen and talked with him, to stay away from Samantha as Barry is in love with her and he is being really serious about it.

Ep - 05

The car was going at a good speed and took a turn at the corner. Sam runs but the car has vanished. He comes home with the thought of what is wrong with Andy. But the thoughts are misplaced when his mobile goes off. He checks it and finds it's none other than Samantha's message asking him if he reached safely? He quickly replies and they talk for about hours and he says bye to her after hearing his dad's car entering the garage. Sam gets in the bed and acts as sleeping. His dad gets into his room to check on him and getting assurance he leaves the room.

The next day Sam sent a sms to Samantha,she read it but no response came from her side. He checks at her household but the day maid told him, she left early today. Hearing that he runs to the school and searches for her when Perk informs him that she didn't reach till now. The news surprised him and he was waiting at the gate for her. Minutes' passed and the last bell for entrance rings and there is no sign of her so he gets inside the class. The classes went as usual but his mind and soul are only thinking about her. The school ends and he reaches in front of her house entrance for her while Perk makes fun of him as mad as Samantha's love and leaves. Sam waits for her about thirty minutes later a taxi stops in front of her home and she comes out from it. He waves at her but she gets into the house without saying a word and not even a smile. This upsets him even more and decides to confront her about what's wrong or did he make any mistake?

He pushes the doorbell and instead of the door opening a sms rings in his phone. He looks into it which is holding lines,"You must leave as my aunt is coming to visit me today. We can talk tomorrow." He also replies,"I am not leaving until you talk to me." She immediately reads it and returns,"Please leave, I will meet you at the park an hour later." Sending okay he left and after finishing the homework he was sitting on the bench in the corner of the park looking for her. His watch tells him it's five minutes left to reach one hour when someone sits beside him and clears the throat. He turns to face her as he knew it's Samantha and his guess was authentic. She wasn't saying a word and looking in the opposite direction so he started the conversation with a question,"Why are you ignoring me today?" She gives an answer,"I didn't who started this, it's you."

He was puzzled and asked her,when he did that, she told him about last night when she messaged him but he didn't reply and went offline without viewing. Sam explains the situation to her and she agreed with him with one condition to inform her if this type of scene comes up. They spent the remaining evening together sitting on the bench and also walking together hand in hand. Before saying bye to her Sam asks Samantha,"Why did you ask me to leave at the time of your aunt's arrival?" She answers,"Well, you know my aunt doesn't like that I am being friends with a guy whom she doesn't know." He understands the issue and both of them went to their separate homes.

Ep- 04

Sam reaches home early talking with Perk on his phone. He straight away runs into his room and opens the closet to find the proper clothing. He wanted to look great and woo Samantha in the first impression. Luckily he got the right dress for the party and went to the kitchen for some snacks. When he opened the fridge it surprised him, as the door had a note, where his dad wrote, he would be late for tonight so don't wait for him at the dinner table. That gives Sam some relief as he won't worry about his father. He looks at the clock and the time is 5.30,so the time has arrived.

Though he decided to inform his dad about the house party and sent a sms on his phone and got outside to pick up Samantha. Before clicking the doorbell he checks himself one more time and presses the bell. It rings and moments later Samantha opens the door and comes out,she is looking mesmerizing and ravishing in her white creamy dress. For a couple of minutes Sam is just standing in front of her mouth open and eyes wide open. She asks him,"is everything alright?" He comes to his senses and tells her, "yes! I am perfectly alright,so let's go. Both started to walk on the road as Rachel's home is two blocks away from theirs. So walking would be good as they can spend time by talking during the walk. 

On their walk, Sam asks her about her likes and dislikes. She answers that question as she likes to eat pizza,go to concerts, real people and enjoy parties. The three options seem natural to him but the third one is a bit weird to him. So he questions her,"what does she mean by real people?" Samantha is startled by his objection but tells him, "it's those people who act as if they are not wearing a misleading mask. The answer justifies his concern and they reach the doorstep of Rachel. Samantha rings the bell and two guys,one is Barry and another one is Dave. Both the guys are their classmates and when Sam tries to enter they stop him and push him out. He is in rage and asks them what's wrong with them,they tell him that he is not invited and can't get inside while they welcome Samantha inside. 

Sam is ready to leave but Samantha stops him and tells them she came with him so if he can't go she won't attend either and both are ready to go. But from behind Rachel stops them and apologies for this horrific prank. As Dave and Barry are playing tricks on the guests, she guides them inside her house. The party is in the mood and Rachel grabs Samantha's hand and takes her and vanishes in a bunch of guests. While Sam sits on the bar stool and orders for juice when both John and Perk join him. John tells him he is a bit late and they are looking for him. Sam explains it to them when Perk asks him where Samantha is and Sam tells him Rachel took her. Perk and John laugh and inform him that they went upstairs and Rachel was talking about Barry.

Sam gets alert when heard about Barry as the school knows he really is a playboy and wants Samantha as she is new here. He sprints towards the steps and reaches upstairs next to Rachel's room and the door is a bit open. There he can hear Rachel talking to Samantha about choosing a boyfriend as today there are lots of boys. Sam gets angry and curses her but rapidly comes down as they are coming out of the room. Rachel introduces Barry with Samantha and also her boyfriend Dave while Sam was sitting on a chair far away. The party changes its theme and everyone cheers up with a couple dancing and Barry asks Samantha to dance but she politely refuses and walks towards Sam to offer him dance with her. Both of them come to the center and come too close during the dance that their lips are touched. 

Seeing that and getting rejected Barry gets angry and throws a glass of coke on Sam. The atmosphere changed completely but Dave and Rachel calmed everyone down and relaxed for sometime. While Sam went to the washroom to clean off when he's getting out heard a breaking noise in the backyard near the poolside. He went there to see Andy fall to the ground on his chest and break a garden elves. He makes Andy straight and hears something beeping, looking for clues he notices the wristwatch beeping alert of heart stop. Sam tries to press his heart and a moment later Andy stands up and his eyes turn blue led light and he throws up some type of food mixed with strange green fluid. 

Sam keeps looking in disgust when Andy becomes his old self and runs outside of the house. And Rachel comes in behind Sam's back and shouts for what he had done. It's her mom's favorite elf and also the waste he spilled. Sam tries to clarify but Rachel guides him to the main door and asks him to leave. He gets outside of the house and starts to walk when Samantha calls him, he asks why she left the party, politely she answers that,well my partner left so should I. They walked together and reached her home,saying goodbye and Sam turned to the left when Samantha pulled him and their lips touched and turned into a goodnight kiss. Both of them blushes and she runs inside her house and he also walks to his house but he remembered about Andy and his strange activity. He decides to find out and suddenly feels someone is running past him at great speed. He also follows and sees Andy get into a van and it moves forward on the road.

Ep - 03

Sam talks with Beth about his encounter with the new neighbour who is his classmate too. Beth also tells him about her day and about her cheerleading practice today. She also informs that she is coming to the town during the vacation. Sam is really happy to hear that. His dad calls him to have dinner, so he says bye to her and went downstairs into the kitchen. Sitting on the dining table he look at his father, and he is surprised.

Sam is seeing his father smiling,a broad smile on his face. After his mom's death he didn't see his dad's smile. Mr. Dave brings two plates full of food. Sam is real curious,so asks his father, what's the matter. Then, his dad informs him about his and their company's success in a new project. Hearing that, he also congratulates him. They went to sleep after finishing dinner and some chit chat.

In the morning Sam's dad leaves for the office early. He wakes up, has breakfast and leaves for school. Samantha meets with him on his way to school. They walk together to the school. Finishing up the classes he comes back home with Perk and in the evening again meets with her and talks for some time. During four months Sam is following the same routine and the same thing is happening. Only one thing changed, his feelings for Samantha. He talked with his friends including Beth, Perk and John.

Four months have passed, he is sitting in the canteen with Perk, while Perk tells him to be brave and propose to Samantha. Sam tells him that he doesn't want to ruin his friendship with her. When Mary comes to their table and ask out Sam if he wanna go to Rachel's house party with her. He politely refuses and tells her that he can't make it. She just nods and leaves. Then, Perk tells Sam to ask Samantha to go with him. He agrees and went to meet with Rachel to know if Samantha is invited or not. Rachel tells him, of course she is and that Samantha is her best friend. Hearing it he leaves.

Sam is desperately seeking Samantha all around the school to ask her out before anyone does so. On his way he tackles someone and drops on the floor. He finds out it's his classmate and new comer rude guy Andy. He gets angry and pulls him up and clenches his fist to punch him on the face. But then Andy looks at his wrist watch and suddenly releases him and runs out of the school. Sam thinks it is really strange and continues his search for Samantha. In the library entrance he succeeded, Samantha was walking in the hall. He calls her and she turns around, seeing her Sam starts to blush and makes himself ready to ask her out. But, she tells him that she is looking for him. Hearing it he asks her,why?. She answers, "well if you are interested in going with me to Rachel's house party". He gives a big smile and agrees to go with her. She tells him to pick her up from her home and cordially accepts it.

Ep -02

Sam reaches the park, finding out Perk and John are already in there playing soccer. He says,hi to them and they greets him,as the late-comer. The trio laughs and Sam also joins them. During their playtime Sam tells them about the new neighbor. John and Perk are also a bit surprised but eventually congratulate him. He blushes. On their way back home they saw Samantha standing in her yard. 

John tells them to introduce himself though Sam is a bit tense,as he knows well,John likes to take away beautiful girls from other boys. But, can't do anything about it only to hope,John's charms won't work on her. They reach the porch and Perk asks her, how's she doing? Samantha smiles and replies, she's okay. John didn't wait for his turn and introduced himself. He also offers her help if she needs to move the house stuff. She declines it. The trio ready to move and Sam reaches his door handle when he feels a tap on his shoulder. 

He turns around to find out it's Samantha. She tells him that if he helps her to move some boxes in the house as they are heavy. He agrees with a smile and they head inside her new home. She points out 4 boxes which are dropped in the living room,which seems heavy. Sam asks her, where to put them, she indicates to the basement. He tries to pick one but immediately he is able to understand it's really heavy, without thinking twice he asks her to hold it. And both of them carry boxes one by one and stiff them into the basement.

Sam is ready to leave when Samantha stops him and offers him a cup of coffee. He can't miss this opportunity of spending some time with her. She brings some cookies and 2 cups of coffee. They sit on the couch and she thanks him, he remarks as it's not a big deal. She smiles and exchanges contact numbers. Sam is ready to leave, Samantha comes to the door and tells him, see you tomorrow. After reaching home, he straight away sent a message to Perk, describing what happened. Perk replies with a wink and smile emoji. 

Sam is lying on the bed when a car stops on their driveway when he hears his father calling him outside. He ran outside and his dad put a box on his hands and ordered him to carry it in his office. After putting it into the office he sees his dad sitting in the living room searching for something on his pc. He heads for the stair when his father questions him, about his day and seeing his face blushing. Tell him,well you have a good day I think. Sam nods positively and is ready to ask his father about his day, but seeing him dead serious working on pc,knows the answer already. 

He only says, so as usual I won't disturb you right, and the answer came back is yes. So, he walks back inside his room. He's ready to lie once again on the bed but his laptop's notification rings. It is Sam's childhood friend Beth who moved to another city. They talk everyday about what happened all day.

EP- 01

Sam and his family lived in the friendly neighborhood of Kent city. It's a pleasant small town surrounded by various fauna and floral beauty. Sam's father,Mr.Dave Tips works as a researcher in Pegasus Corporation. There are only 3 people in their family. But when Sam was 5 years old, his mom passed away in an accident. 

Sam was in shock because he couldn't digest his mom's loss. But Perk helped him to recover from this shock and they became best friends. Perk lives in the same neighborhood with his single mom Mrs. Ana;as Perk lost his father too. The bonding between Sam and Perk grew even more when they started to go to the same school. 

Sam was in the classroom attending class when the principal entered the classroom to introduce a new student. Sam was surprised as it's already the mid-year. He asked Perk,who's this new participant is. Perk replies, negative. When a damn pretty girl enters the classroom. The principal introduced her as Samantha. 

Samantha sits next to Sam. He's mesmerized with the first glimpse of her. He can't move his eyes from her and keep looking at her. She notices this and smiles towards him. When the class ends,she says hi to him and they talk to each other. 

At lunch time Sam is sitting with Perk in the canteen when Perk questions him,"do you fall in love with Samantha?" Sam answers him "nope". But, Perk didn't believe it and told him,look there she is. Sam starts to look everywhere. And stops it when Perk laughs out loud. Sam shoots some dagger with eyes but calms down when Perk says "sorry buddy". 

In the last class Sam was lost in seeing her but the teacher notices it and sends him out as punishment. On their way back home Perk and Sam meet with their neighbors friend John,who studies in another school. Perk tells him about what Sam was doing and about the new student. John wishes good luck to Sam,later both agree to meet in the park to play soccer. Sam enters the house and as usual his dad was in the office. 

He finishes the lunch and gets outside of the house. When he notices they have a new neighbor next to their household. He was surprised by seeing his new neighbor. It's none other than Samantha. He greets her and she also says hello. Sam asked her about her parents and she replied that,they work overseas so, that's why she lives alone but her aunt lives two blocks away. They greeted "Bye" each other and he left to meet with his friends in the park.
