Ep - 07

Matt follows Darla as she is getting inside the shelter. He asks her what's the matter but she doesn't give any response and without finding any other way he grabs her hand and turns her around to look straight into her eyes, when he looks the rage is clearly visible to him and in a high tone she questions him,"What happened to you? It seems you are liking the fight between Brock and Sophia. Is anyone guiding you?" That last question totally surprised him,as he found no way to explain it to her. But he wanted to try,"You see, don't take me wrong but sometimes a voice occurs in my mind when it's time to take action." Matt thought she would be surprised but Darla's reaction amazed him,as she told him that he is the chosen one.

This talking and revelation shocked him even more and asked her,"What do you mean by chosen one?" Before she can answer Sophia comes and tells them that they have decided to move further on that muddy road as the food is coming to an end. The three of them, joined by Brock and Ana, start walking on the road in search of an escape as well as food. They were walking for around two and half hours without any food or water,apart from that they faced a new obstacle as the road is covered with dense bushes and they don't have any cutting tools. Ana once again loses her will but Darla calms her while Sophia tells them,"Guys! There is a small gap in between the bushes and we can crawl from there."

Brock and Matt check it and agree on the plan, Sophia goes first Ana second followed by Brock and Matt offers Darla to go before him,without saying anything she crawls and Matt goes at last. After they get back onto the road there they notice a bunker not far away near a small water hole. The girls start running seeing the water hole and a shelter and the boys also walk behind them. Reaching near the bunker they all started to look for any sign of any people or even for food. Sophia gets into the bunker to search for anything,and she screams with joy.

Hearing her scream all of them run inside the bunker and there she guides them to various boxes containing lots of clothes and four boxes of canned food. The girls are overwhelmed with the clothes while Matt and Brock prepare the food. Darla asks the boys to leave them for a moment as they need to change the old dirty dresses with the new ones. Brock and Matt left them and several minutes later the trio came up wearing ravishing new dresses. The two of them are totally amazed by seeing the girls like this and no sound comes out of their mouths when Ana asks them,"How's the dress?" Sophia smiles and tells her,"Don't bother them,their faces are telling the truth." 

The five of them laughed and settled down to have some food. During their eating Darla comes close to Matt and asks him about her dress, he answers her by describing how beautiful she is looking. There they have a cozy little moment and the cupid comes into the air as Ana and Brock also get close,seeing that Sophia gets up and walks straight towards the jungle talking about,she needed some space. Their moment vanished within a second when a gunshot occurred in the air,they all jumped up to find out where the sound came from and started to look at the surroundings.

Ep- 06

Matt follows Brock near the bushes and stops when Brock turns around. He tells him about the happenings on this island. Matt stops him and asks, "What's happening?" He answers, "Well it seems someone or something is watching us and even tries to manipulate us,our minds." Matt's mouth is wide open and tries to shout at the girls but Brock puts a hand in his mouth to stop him. He asks him why in return Brock remarks," Ana can't digest the thing as she is so emotional." They agreed not to disclose the secret and went near the fireplace. Seeing them Ana comes closer to Brock and tells him that she is feeling sleepy. The two went inside the shelter followed by Sophia and Darla is left near the fireplace along with Matt. 

She looks at his face silently without dropping her eyelids, moments later he notices that and asks her, "Why are you looking like this at me?" She tells him, "Well it seems something is disturbing him and you feel tense." Matt says no but Darla doesn't agree and comes closer to him. Both of them looking at each other and suddenly their lips interwoven and the two melt into them. Minutes later Darla runs inside the shelter blushing. Matt also tries to follow her but that sharp pain occurs once again in his head. But, today's pain is a bit different than the previous ones as in his head today he can clearly hear the voice yelling at him,"What are you doing! The game isn't designed like that, you have to follow the orders otherwise you will lose your life and even get stuck in here without getting any money. So from now on follow the orders and play according to the rules." 

Matt is just near unconsciousness and his head is seconds away from being blown off. But the main thing that surprised him is the voice, he remembered the voice as it's none other than Dr.Ryan . Now he is capable of matching the sums as Brock's information is totally right about, someone is watching us. To get over this shock he went straight to the shelter. When he enters the shelter finds out all of them are sleeping deeply so he also tries to sleep. 

In the morning his sleep breaks with the quarrel between Sophia and Brock. He gets outside to see Darla is supporting Ana to stand up while Brock and Sophia are arguing about something. He walks towards them and asks about what's going on? Brock angrily answers the question that Sophia has told Ana about the secret about this place. She tries to defend herself and Matt notices Brock already clenched his fist to hit her. Suddenly again that voice tells Matt to fire up the feud and see the end result. This time he gives in and provokes Brock to hit her but Darla gets between them and orders them to relax and stop this fight. Ana even tells the same in a moaning voice and Brock stops after Sophia apologizes. Matt smiles at Darla and thanks for concluding the fight but without saying a word she just glares at him and passes him in an ignoring way.

Ep - 05

Matt,Darla and Sophia reach that place which is a bit of an exposed area of the jungle near the muddy road. Sophia sits on the ground and expresses that she is tired and not going anywhere. Though Darla wanted to walk a bit far, Matt looked at the sky and the sun was going down so they all settled down and placed a fire. The scenery of going down sun and the sky has its hint of orange color mesmerized them. They sleep peacefully after eating the remaining fruits but then a sharp pain occurs in Matt's head and a voice inside his head tells him to kill those two girls if he wants to leave the game as previously he learned the rule in that diary.

The voice keeps repeating the same words and he wakes up. He searches his surroundings and surprisingly in his right hand a sharp pointed knife, seeing that he throws it into the jungle and the sleep has already gone from his eyes. In the dawn Matt notices Darla is waking up so he acts to sleep and a few minutes later after Darla looks around he also gets up. His stomach is craving for food and also the same for the two girls. They decided to hunt for food and went in different directions. During his findings a sound from the forest startles him and a wild boar runs out of the bushes straight to him with its sharp tusks pointed to him. 

Matt is searching for any kind of weapon and luckily there is a broken branch with a sharp point. He grabs the branch and takes position for the boar. The wild boar is close enough and he turns aside and pierces the branch through the stomach of the boar. When it stopped moving he grabbed it on his shoulder and started to walk back when something pushed him on the ground. He looked for it and a guy was behind him taking the boar away. He stands up and stops that guy, tells him,"Drop it buddy, I finished it"; that guy stands there dropping the carcass and without saying a word punches him in the face, Matt somehow manages his balance and strikes him with a kick on his legs causing that guy to fall. Then, that voice once again told him to kill the guy but he overlooked it. 

That guy fiercely attacked Matt with kicks and punches and he just dodged it. That branch he took it and hit the guy and he is giving in to the voice that is still forcing him to pierce the guy, Matt is ready to do the job as the sharp pain in his head is unbearable. Suddenly a girl is running towards them, pleading to spare the guy. Matt stops his action and the girl checking out if the guy is alright,calling his name,"Brock! Brock! Please wake up" till that time both Sophia and Darla reached that place and asked Matt about the matter. He explains it to them and till that time Brock wakes up and is ready to charge again towards him. But the girl stops him and questions him why he's so angry? Brock tells them that Matt was trying to steal the carcass that he caught in the trap and also Matt tried to kill him. 

After understanding the situation they clear the misunderstanding and the girls introduce each other. She told her name Ana, she even tells them that Brock and she are living in a nearby shelter. Sophia suggests sharing the boar as it has more than enough food only for two people. Though Brock hesitated a bit, Ana's request made him agree and they went to the shelter. Near the fireplace they are having a barbeque party along with fruits that Darla and Sophia gathered. They were talking about how they got stuck here? Both Ana and Brock tell them that they were on a vacation when their sailing boat got stuck near the ocean and they managed to get to this island and started to laugh after hearing the stories of Sophia,Darla and Matt. After finishing up the dinner Brock gestures to Matt to come aside to talk about something.

Ep- 04

Matt just sits down while his whole body is shaking with fear and can't process what's happening. His mind wandered around these questions and their answers though his body doesn't seem to show the same,he feels really tired and falls asleep. When he wakes up in the morning to his surprise the two girls are nowhere to be seen. So,he stands up to search for them.

He went straight to the jungle near the trees where they found fruits and Darla was there plucking some fruits. When she notices greets him and he also replies. They both pick some fruits and leave,on their way back Matt asks her if she saw Sophia? Darla declines and tells him that maybe she left before anyone can wake up. They decide to search for her around. When,the two reach their shelter and find Sophia sitting near the fire. She saw the fruits and took two from Matt and started to eat.

Darla and Matt also ate while he questions both the girls,about how they ended up here. Sophia tells them that she was selected for pre-testing a virtual tour app which gave her a handful of money and she accepted. He notices that Darla is a bit nervous though asks her. She tells him the same story as Sophia. They ask Matt how he entered in this situation. Then he tells them about his life and deals with the Pegasus Corporation. Finishing up their meals all of them agree to walk on the road to find a way out. 

Following the way they reached deep inside the forest. They get a bit tense but continue their journey. After a while a quite open place seemed to notice and beside it a small wooden shelter. Matt is ready to get there when Darla tells him to stop and points a finger to the side of the shelter. They all look that way and both the girls get scared by seeing a grave. He encourages them not to fear but both the girls walk with him holding his hands. Reaching to the shelter Matt calls if someone is here. But they didn't get any response so they entered inside. 

Matt tells them to search for something useful and they all start to search. He finds a trunk looking rusty and old. He opens it,there are some old clothes under them a diary. He took the diary and started to read. There are writings about the lives of some people who ended up like them. Most importantly in the last page a girl named Susan, addresses that Kyle can't take this anymore and he has finished his life. There is also mentioned by Susan, today I killed Matthew now they will take me from here. After reading all this Matt ran outside of the shelter to the grave and read the name engraved on it which is Kyle. The girls followed him and looked at his face, which was pale. He tells them to leave this place. And they started to walk again on the road while the jungle was getting light.

Ep- 03

Matt again collapses, he's having a terrible headache but still tries to open his eyes. When he wakes up the darkness and place has completely changed and he is standing in the middle of a forest. There are various birds chirping and pleasant natural beauty. He started to walk a bit but his legs came across a root causing him to fall onto the ground. Matt stands up again and finds a girl standing a bit away from him and facing the other way. 

He goes towards her and placing a hand on her shoulder gives her a reason to jump up. He says sorry to startle her but she places a slap on his right cheek. And replies,it's okay. Though Matt doesn't lose his wisdom and inside of him is really eager to know what's happening. He asked her ,what is your name? She replied, you can call me Darla. Okay Darla, do you know what place it is,he questions her. She answers him,not at all. They agree to explore this new place for resources. 

Darla and Matt follow a narrow road in the forest and they reach near a ravishing lake,besides it there are some trees of mangoes and bananas. They get a relief of hope and eat some fruits and drink water greedily. Both of them sit near the edge of the lake and enjoy the scenic beauty. Suddenly behind them some bushes start to move. They get afraid and Matt picks up a small rock and throws it towards it. When a woman's voice came out. It says, ouch,it hurts and she comes out from her hiding place. 

She greets them,and they ask her name, she replies as Sophia. She also joins them and they offer her some fruit,she takes it. As the Sun starts to sink they decide to start a fire and spend the night on the bank of the lake. Matt and Sophia run inside the forest to get firewood. After gathering the firewoods the thought of ignition comes to their mind. Matt uses a hand drill method he learned at a summer camp. Darla questions him,is it gonna work? He replies maybe. 

After trying half an hour some smoke gives them a little hope but the sweat drop drains it. Darla suddenly gives him a matchbox. This makes both Sophia and Matt really surprised. They can't control their desire to ask her from where she got it. She very calmly tells them it's she got from the lake side during their search for food. Sophia didn't seem convinced though Matt didn't show any interest and lit up a fire. The 3 of them sat around the fire and ate some fruits. When Sophia asks Matt how he ended up here. Matt tells her about the trial of a new game and he wakes up here. Sophia laughs at it and tells him,of course it's a dream game of every man, having a three-some fantasy in the middle of a jungle. Matt also nods and replies, yep it is. 

Later,Sophia asks Matt about a walk in the forest but he politely declines. And she left on her own. Then Darla says, will you like to go with me for a walk? Matt agrees and they go for a short walk. They enjoyed the beautiful night and the various sounds of the insects after they reached back, Sophia was already asleep and they also decided to sleep when it was already so late. In his sleep Matt heard a voice inside his head telling him to kill Sophia,he didn't agree with it and a sharp pain occurred in his head. Suddenly Sophia comes in front of him near the lake side and she is also carrying a sharp looking knife in her hand. 

The voice keeps repeating it's words but he still disagrees. Then, the voice says in a grim,then she will kill you. And all of a sudden Sophia pierces the knife in Matt's stomach and blood splatters. When he wakes up to learn that it's just a dream.

Ep- 02

In the morning Matt wake up early have his breakfast and start to getting ready, when his phone rings, it's from the library asking when he's coming ? With hope of getting a new job, he tells them ,he won't come for work from today he resigning from it and hung up. During that time, a text message from Rose excites him, he reads it ,wanna know is he coming or not ,he replies to her he is coming. She likes his answer and goes offline.

He wears the best suit he have and leave for the interview. He reaches the front door of the office of Zeus Gaming Studios. Matt is amazed by seeing that office, which is 10 floors building and covered with Italian marble. He enters into it before pulling the door it automatically opened. When he gets inside the whole office building is so luxurious and hi-tech. In the reception area there is a android robot ,he asks it about the job interview but it replies ,nothing is mentioned like that. 

Matt really feels hopeless and thinks ,may Rose make a joke with him. When he is going back a voice calls his name. He turns around to see it's Rose. He gets angry and tells her not to make this stupid types of joke with him; Rose is totally surprised by his reaction, and asks him, what joke. He told her about the non- shedule interview. She just laughs hard and assures him , it's special a  requirement ,she leads him towards the elevator. He follows her and reach 7th floor.

 

There is a lab, she takes him inside the lab. And calls for doctor Ryan. Matt asks her,who is this doctor Ryan? Rose answers, he's the ceo and head of the project Magnum. Matt is really confused with all this. When, doc Ryan appears & Rose introduces them. Ryan tells him not to confuse. And relates, Magnum is a artificial 3d game with virtual experience,which Matt gonna try for the first time. A contract bring in front of him with a check of 1million dollars. Matt asks them what's this contract about, Ryan tells him ,it is about there company privacy policy and a declaration of not disclose about the game to anyone. Matt agrees with the contract and signs it. Both Rose and Ryan congratulates him. 

Ryan hints Rose to take Matt into the research room. They enters in and Rose leads him into a recliner chair. He sits on it when two technicians put a headset and some wire gloves in his hands and patches to on his chest. Rose tell him this are the controls and to monitor his health. She wishes him good luck and exits the room. 

Matt hears doctor Ryan voice ,asking is he ready; Matt says,yes. And the machine start to work. While his eyes feels heavy and he gets unconscious. When he wakes up,there is nothing but darkness. He calls for Rose and Ryan but no answers came. He's shocked completely.

Ep- 01 

Matt is 20 years old works as a librarian , with no interest. His life is so boring that he's feeling depressed. There is no interest for him doing this job. He's trying hard to achieve his dream job of a tourist guide, so he can explore various places. He applied for this job in many travel agencies. One of them called him for interview. He is really happy at last his dream job come true. He's well prepared and went for the interview. But, as a bad luck he didn't get that job, the company selected a more needy and experienced guy. He is really deprived and left the place. 

He started walking to his way back home, there is anger and discourage working together in him. He's thinking about going back to his old life and most importantly that boring job he hates the most, maintaining register and count the books. Thinking all of this when a voice coming from behind , saying him to stop ,heard by him. He just turn around to see a really pretty blonde running towards him. She can't stop her running and crashed on him. They both lost their balance and fall on the side walk. She pleading sorry and matt replies , it's okay.

The duo stand up and she said, hi; my self Rose, and you? He answers, well my name is Matt. Nice to meet you Matt, said by her. He also says ,hi. Matt asks her ,why are you running towards me, what you want?. Rose replied, I work for a video game company and we are hiring a new game tester guy. Please take this template, you will understand. Seeing her big smile and hearing her please, he can't resist , so takes it. He tells her how to contact to give his opinion , she handed him a visiting card. And the two part ways. 

Matt is just confused , what's going on with him. He reach his studio apartment and put some pizza into the oven and grab a can of juice. During his dinner he takes the visiting card and sees it has the company logo and name, Zeus Gaming Studios, and Rose's name under her contact number. He is just thinking about her and her offer. Matt went to bed and tried to sleep but the thought started to come into his mind. He jumps up from bed with a final decision. 

He grabbed his cellphone and dialled her number but hung up before anyone picks up, as he saw the time it's 1 o clock at night. Some minutes later his phone rings he picks up and hearing the voice from the other side , says who's this. He knew its Rose, so he answers. The two of them started to talk for half an hour. When, Matt told her ,he's ready to take the job, Rose is really happy that she ensure with a big smile and lots of thank you. He asked her about the address of the office, and she told him, it is written on the backside of the card. They put down their phones with wishing god night and sweet dreams to each other. Matt sleep peacefully with a hope to get this job.
